Training Classes
VIEW: Layout & Truscad Levels 1, 2 or 3
7 September 2010 to 9 September 2010
ITW Industry, Truro
Courses will be held at the level appropriate for the trainee.
Layout Level 1:
Suitable for the beginner; the purpose of this training course is to ensure that the individual attending the course leaves with a working knowledge of how to use the Layout program.
Layout Level 2:
Suitable for the Intermediate truss designer; as a progression from level 1 or for trainees with roof truss design experience but who are new to the VIEW software.
Layout Level 3:
Suitable for an advanced roof truss designer; as a progression from level 2, this course involves complicated roof truss framing.
TrusCAD Level 1:
Suitable for the beginner; the purpose of this training course is to ensure that the individual attending leaves with a greater knowledge of trussed rafters and the VIEW software.
TrusCAD Level 2:
Suitable for the Intermediate truss designer; as a progression from level 1 or for trainees with roof truss design experience but who are new to the VIEW software.
TrusCAD Level 3:
Suitable for an advanced roof truss designer; as a progression from level 2, this course goes into depth on many aspects of loading.
VIEW: Open Web Floor Training Levels 1 and 2

Suitable for all levels, this course explains how to design SpaceJoist and FloorTrus jobs in Layout and TrusCAD. Note: Levels 1 and 2 can be completed in a one day course, for existing user of the Truss Layout software.
