ITW Alpine has an expert technical support team who are readily on hand to help with all manner of customer enquiries.
Full training in the VIEW software is provided but should difficulties arise, an experienced customer support technician will endeavour to guide the user through the situation, even taking control of the user’s computer remotely if required. General roof truss and floor joist technical advice from an expert is also just a phone call away!
Once roof trusses or floor joists have been manufactured, mistakes can happen whether in the factory, in transit or by a third party tradesman on site. So ITW Alpine offers their customers a remedial detail design service to remedy mistakes in design or manufacture, damages in transit and bad practice by tradesmen to name but a few instances.
